the room was spacious and comfortable with a firm bed. the breakfast was delicious and the staff were friendly and helpful. the hotel had a good value for the prices charged. It was also conveniently located in the center of town with many bars, shops, and restaurants around. Despite some missing amenities like hooks and towel holders, the room was clean and well-maintained.
There was a lack of English spoken in the hotel, which could cause communication difficulties for foreigners.

We had a wonderful stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel. The location was perfect, right in the center of the city. It was easy to find parking outside and explore the surrounding area. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, making us feel welcomed and ensuring our comfort throughout our stay. The room was spacious, clean, and well-maintained. The hotel I stayed in during my New Year's trip offered a really comfortable bed and a delicious breakfast with a variety of options to choose from. Its location was perfect for exploring the city, as it was in the heart of downtown and close to many attractions. the staff was really helpful and went above and beyond to make my stay memorable.
Although the hotel I stayed at had a lot of positives, there were a few areas that could use some improvement. For instance, the rooms lacked a proper heating system which made the stay a bit uncomfortable during the cold weather.

Best aspects During our Christmas stay, we were pleased with the cozy and spacious room that looked exactly like the pictures online. the breakfast was tasty and well-prepared, with several options to choose from. the hotel's convenient location allowed us to explore the beautiful town and its restaurants with ease.
Worst aspects Unfortunately, the hotel lacked a proper balcony, and the "balcony" area was just a small floor between the hotel and the neighbor's house. we noticed some missing amenities in the room, such as hooks and towel holders.
